The application-based CODESYS Control Basic M license is specially designed for applications with up to two CANopen, Modbus, PROFIBUS or J1939 fieldbus instances. It contains 128 I/O channels and supports an application size of up to 1 MB and can be used on all Control SL products without restrictions.

The ControlSphere Parameter and Persistence Service Library (CPP) provides an optimized means to store and retrieve variable values to and from well-formatted, human-readable data files. This library provides numerous advantages over the Retain/Persist, Recipes, and Parameters features built-into the CODESYS IDE, particularly in object-based design. Once a Function Block implements the CPP Library, the parameter, persistent, and recipe data for each instance are automatically managed – there are no lists to be created or maintained. The files(s) created by the CPP Library may be edited in a spreadsheet editor and/or moved to other systems to duplicate the persistent, parameter, or recipe values on those systems. This library includes a demo project.

The CODESYS Depictor allows creating and displaying 3D models and linking their geometrical relations (i.e. axis angles) to CODESYS applications. It is possible to display and animate machine parts (e.g. robots) or entire production lines in CODESYS.

The application-based license CODESYS Control Performance L is specially designed for applications with highest performance requirements. The function of pinning task groups to isolated cores enables a significant reduction in task jitter. The license also includes eight Ethernet-based fieldbus instances, 16384 I/O channels and supports an application size of up to 18 MB. It can be used on all Control SL products without restrictions.

The application-based license CODESYS Control Performance M is specially designed for applications with highest performance requirements. The function of pinning task groups to isolated cores enables a significant reduction in task jitter. The license also includes four Ethernet-based fieldbus instances, 8192 E-A channels and supports an application size of up to 12 MB. It can be used without restriction on all Control SL products.

CODESYS KNX consists of a configurator for I/O channels, a KNXnet/IP protocol stack in the form of a runtime system component, and a data exchange function with the ETS5 configuration system. This allows any CODESYS-compatible device to be expanded to function as a KNX subscriber and to communicate with KNX I/Os.

CODESYS EtherNet/IP Scanner is an additional option for controllers that are compatible with CODESYS. These devices are based on standard Ethernet ports to become EtherNet/IP scanners. The bus is configured from within the CODESYS Development System. Device configured in this way exchange real-time Ethernet messages with connected EtherNet/IP adapters.

The application-based license CODESYS Control Standard S is specially designed for applications with an Ethernet-based fieldbus instance. It contains 512 E-A channels and supports an application size of up to 3 MB. It can be used on all Control SL products without restrictions.

The application-based CODESYS Control Standard L license is specially designed for applications with two Ethernet-based fieldbus instance. It contains 4096 I/O channels, supports an application size of up to 6 MB and can be used on all Control SL products without restrictions.

The library allows the use of HVAC Modbus I/O modules of the manufacturer powerIO via a RS485 COM port. The devices are appended in the project tree and are parameterized from there without further programming effort. In the I/O Mapping area the assignments of the input/output variables can be set. The modules are available with emergency manual operation level and without. The status of the manual override is queried.

The feature „CODESYS Security Agent“ is designed to configure and control security-related issues in a CODESYS environment. The Addon is available in the CODESYS Store and will be extended stepwise in future versions.

CODESYS File-Based Storage offers an alternative project storage format for CODESYS. In contrast to normal, binary project storage, projects are stored text-based in a folder structure similar to the project tree.
