"CODESYS Connectivity Redundancy" is a license that unlocks the features of other communication/fieldbus products.

CODESYS EtherNet/IP Scanner is an additional option for controllers that are compatible with CODESYS. These devices are based on standard Ethernet ports to become EtherNet/IP scanners. The bus is configured from within the CODESYS Development System. Device configured in this way exchange real-time Ethernet messages with connected EtherNet/IP adapters.

The CODESYS EtherNet/IP Adapter is an add-on for CODESYS compatible PLCs. By means of standard Ethernet ports, these devices are converted into EtherNet/IP adapters. The bus is configured directly from within the CODESYS Development System. Devices that are configured in this way exchange Ethernet messages with interconnected EtherNet/IP scanners.

This CODESYS plug-in editor allows configuration of the OPC UA server, communication settings and setup of data to be exposed over OPC UA.
