The application-based CODESYS Control Basic L license is specially designed for applications with up to two CANopen, Modbus, PROFIBUS or J1939 fieldbus instances. With the database, large amounts of data can be efficiently managed, which opens up many new possibilities (detailed logging of information, flexible production by retrieving production parameters, recording of process values during production for traceability, interface to ERP and order management systems, …).

Compared to systems which communicate via an OPC interface, the software architecture is considerably simpler and more powerful with this approach!

This 32-hour training is targeted for experienced control engineers transitioning to CODESYS, or for engineers wishing to take their knowledge of CODESYS to the next level. It combines basic and advanced training modules to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of CODESYS, alternating between lectures and hands-on labs. It includes hints, tricks, and best practices compiled from many years of experience.

This training will be hosted by Opto 22 and will include a 1-hour factory tour and real-world experience with Opto 22 PLCs and hardware.
