CODESYS PROFINET Device (for EL6631-0010) SL allows end users to integrate a CODESYS compatible controller with EtherCAT fieldbus support into an existing PROFINET network. License activation is required for each device. This is done from within the CODESYS Development System.

The "KUKA.PLC mxAutomation 3.3" command interface enables KUKA robots to be programmed via PLC function blocks. The included function block library and the small sample project show examples of simple programming, diagnostics and manual processes. The ControlSphere Parameter and Persistence Service Library (CPP) provides an optimized means to store and retrieve variable values to and from well-formatted, human-readable data files. This library provides numerous advantages over the Retain/Persist, Recipes, and Parameters features built-into the CODESYS IDE, particularly in object-based design. Once a Function Block implements the CPP Library, the parameter, persistent, and recipe data for each instance are automatically managed – there are no lists to be created or maintained. The files(s) created by the CPP Library may be edited in a spreadsheet editor and/or moved to other systems to duplicate the persistent, parameter, or recipe values on those systems. This library includes a demo project.

The CODESYS Depictor allows creating and displaying 3D models and linking their geometrical relations (i.e. axis angles) to CODESYS applications. It is possible to display and animate machine parts (e.g. robots) or entire production lines in CODESYS.

CODESYS EtherNet/IP Scanner is an additional option for controllers that are compatible with CODESYS. These devices are based on standard Ethernet ports to become EtherNet/IP scanners. The bus is configured from within the CODESYS Development System. Device configured in this way exchange real-time Ethernet messages with connected EtherNet/IP adapters.

The CODESYS EtherNet/IP Adapter is an add-on for CODESYS compatible PLCs. By means of standard Ethernet ports, these devices are converted into EtherNet/IP adapters. The bus is configured directly from within the CODESYS Development System. Devices that are configured in this way exchange Ethernet messages with interconnected EtherNet/IP scanners.

This product allows for the creation of operating interfaces with CODESYS visualization for an HMI device (PC or panel), with data from CODESYS V2, CODESYS V3 and OPC UA controllers. The visualization is created with the CODESYS Development System (V3), the free IEC 61131-3 development system with a full-fledged visualization editor.
