CODESYS SoftMotion Axes extends the functional range of CODESYS Control SL systems from pure logic to motion control with optional support for CNC and robotics.

This license is application-based and requires at least the application-based license CODESYS Control Standard S for the PLC.

The license also includes four Ethernet-based fieldbus instances, 8192 E-A channels and supports an application size of up to 12 MB. It can be used without restriction on all Control SL products.

The application-based CODESYS Control Standard M license is specially designed for applications with an Ethernet-based fieldbus instance. It contains 1024 I/O channels and supports an application size of up to 5 MB and can be used on all Control SL products without restrictions.
