The license cost is based on the number of safe connections defined in the IEC application. The number of safe connections is therefore equal to the number of assigned safe addresses (e.g. number of assigned F-addresses for Profisafe). Only safe connections are counted, exchange variables for data exchange with standard PLC are not counted.

Licensing
